Shipping Overview

At HydroBlast, we ship products worldwide. Please review the shipping information below to understand delivery times and order handling.

1. Processing Time

Order Processing: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent once your order ships

Note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events).

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All European Union countries

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • Other countries (availability confirmed at checkout)

If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location. Below are estimated timeframes from the date your order ships (not including processing time):

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days for most EU countries

  • (Certain remote or restricted locations may not be eligible for delivery. Please contact us if you are unsure about your country.)

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 15–40 business days

    (Delivery times vary significantly by country and local logistics. Remote or restricted regions may experience extended delivery times or may not be eligible for shipping.)

  • Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or local postal delays

  • Remote areas may experience longer delivery times

  • During peak seasons, delivery may take longer

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders.

  • No shipping fees are charged at checkout

  • All customers qualify for free delivery regardless of order value or destination

Shipping costs will always appear as €0 at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking Information:

  • All orders include tracking numbers

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • Track your order via the carrier’s tracking page

  • Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear in the system

If tracking shows no updates:

  • Wait 5–7 days (tracking systems can be slow to update)

  • Check with your local post office

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For EU Customers:

  • VAT is included in all prices

  • No additional customs fees for EU deliveries

For Non-EU Customers:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country

  • These fees are not included in our prices

  • Customs fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages:

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. Wait 3 business days

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage (box and product)

  2. Contact us immediately at support.HydroBlast@gmail.com

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Customer refusal of customs fees

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

You may be responsible for return shipping costs if a reshipment is requested.

We will contact you when the package is returned and offer a resolution.

Package Not Arriving?

If your estimated delivery window has passed:

  3. Wait 5 additional business days

We will investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier if needed.

Wrong Item Delivered?

Contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of what you received

We will arrange a replacement or return.

11. Holidays & Peak Seasons

Shipping and delivery times may be extended during:

  • Chinese New Year

  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday

  • National holidays

We will notify customers of any expected delays when possible.

12. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted international and local postal services depending on destination.

13. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes in most countries

  • Military addresses may have limited availability

14. Force Majeure

Shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Global emergencies

We cannot guarantee delivery times in such cases.
