Your Right to Return (EU Consumer Protection)

2. Conditions for Returns

Products Must Be:

  • ✅ Unused and in original condition
  • ✅ In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • ✅ Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • ✅ Not damaged due to improper use

Non-Returnable Items:

  • ❌ Products damaged by customer misuse
  • ❌ Items without original packaging
  • ❌ Products that have been used, washed, or altered

3. Return Process

Step 1: Notify Us

  • Include: Order number, product name, reason for return (optional)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  • We'll provide the return address

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Ship to the address we provide
  • Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • We inspect the returned item within 5 business days of receipt
  • If approved, refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return
  • Refund issued to your original payment method

4. Return Shipping Costs

You Pay Return Shipping If:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size/color
  • You no longer want the item

We Pay Return Shipping If:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • We sent the wrong item
  • Product doesn't match description

Tip: We recommend using tracked shipping for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Timeline:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

What You'll Receive:

  • Full product price refund
  • Original shipping costs refunded ONLY if product was defective or we made an error
  • Return shipping costs are NOT refunded (unless product is defective)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
  3. Include your order number

We will:

  • Offer a full refund OR replacement (your choice)
  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Process resolution within 48 hours

Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Wrong Item Sent

If we sent you the wrong product:

  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense
  • We'll send the correct item or provide a full refund

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures faster processing and you're not charged twice.

9. Cancellations

Before Shipment:

  • Full refund will be processed within 5 business days

After Shipment:

  • You can still cancel, but the order will be treated as a return
  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs (see Return Shipping Costs section above)

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 14 days from when we confirmed processing:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank
